This Poulsard is planted on clay and limestone soils. The bunches are hand-picked, sorted and destemmed before fermenting for a fortnight in vats. The wine is then aged for 6 to 10 months in oak barrels to obtain a delicate, light red wine characterized by notes of strawberry and raspberry.
