Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.

Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
