This is a full-bodied & robust Georgian red made from Saperavi, a local varietal. The grapes fermented and macerated for 5 months in large clay vats called qvevri. This wine has a blackberry, cherry & plum character with herbal & floral notes. It's great with Middle Eastern foods, grilled meats & fall vegetables.
