Produced via old school production methods using only the ripest of agave, it is aged for 6 months in steel tanks after distillation.

DISTILLED FROM 100% BLUE WEBER AGAVE, IT IS TYPICALLY UNAGED , CLEAR, AND BOTTLED STRAIGHT AFTER DISTILLATION. SOMETIMES RESTED IN STAINLESS STEEL UP TO 60 DAYS AND CAN ALSO BE AGED IN WOOD FOR NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS.

A nuanced but expressive tequila. The nose is reminiscent of summer rain, white flowers pineapple and hints of spice. The palate is beyond fresh with subtle anise dissipating into lemon zest and green papaya.
